All rights in the text, images, stroke order videos, checking system and data of the Service belong to us or the rightful owners. You may not copy, republish or distribute them beyond personal use. Images of your own handwriting saved from the Service are yours to use freely.

• Access the Service automatically or in bulk by program, or put excessive load on the checking server or other systems
• Collect the data, videos or other content of the Service (scraping, etc.), or analyze or modify them
• Gain unauthorized access or interfere with the operation of the Service
• Infringe the rights or interests of other users or third parties

5. Checking and information

Stroke checking, stroke order and readings are provided as a learning aid. We do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness.

6. Ads and external sites

The Service contains third-party ads and links to external sites. We are not responsible for their content or any dealings with them.

7. Disclaimer

Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without notice for maintenance, failures or other unavoidable reasons.

We may change these terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The court of exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance for any dispute concerning the Service is: 東京地方裁判所 (Japan).
